Awesome recipe! The only variations I made were adding some jalapenos to the mix and using some leftover rotisserie chicken rather than buying some new breasts. I made this for my parents and they absolutely loved it, even my Dad who didn't think he would like it. I was very impressed myself and found that the recipe rivals my favorite Chicken Tortilla Soup from a local restaurant.
