I am recently retired and learning to cook. The recipes and reviews on this site have been very helpful to me. I think the hobbies list on this site needs to be expanded to include more diverse interests like golf, watching football and beer drinking. Cincinnati style chili or home-made spaghetti and meat balls. The first time I made macaroni and cheese my wife raved to her friends about how good it was. No one had ever reacted like that to anything I had made before. The first pie I made looked like Key Lime soup in a pie crust.
