Simply Lemon Baked Chicken
The chicken was a little dry, and I basted it several times throughout the process, and let it sit for 15 minutes after it came out. I used a whole lemon in the middle and also added half a lime, and the flavor was still almost undetectable. Next time I will try using a bigger lemon and putting slices under the skin to help the flavor really soak in.

Cappuccino Chocolate Pie
I made this pie for Thanksgiving as something different, and it was a definate hit! The coffee is just enough to taste, but not so overpowering that those who don't like coffee won't care for the pie. I garnished wth chocolate chips before serving, looks and tastes amazing!

Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast
Amazing recipe! I too added about 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of pan, and did not flip the roast (the top had a beautiful brown on it and it was fully cooked through). The sauce was amazing but I did cut down the pepper to about 1tsp, which was plenty. Added some chunked red russet potatoes for the last hour of baking, came out perfectly done and deliciously seasoned! Will certainly make this dish again soon!
