Buffalo Chicken Dip
I used left over cooked chicken and blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and it was amazing! I also brought it to a party and it was gone in 15 minutes. Everybody asked for the recipe- this dip is a crowd pleaser.

Creamy Shrimp Scampi
My whole family, including my picky husband, loved this dish. The only complaint, it was too watery. Otherwise, it was delicious!
