Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This was wonderful! I did the increased cooking temp, as mentioned in previous ratings, and added the pinch of butter on top of each roll. I also prepared the sauce made with the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and lemon juice (as mentioned in a previous review). My husband loved it! I used the Boar's head Maple Honey Glazed ham from Publix, sliced thick. I had no problems rolling the chicken up after pounding it. Thanks for sharing this simple but delightful recipe!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II
This was wonderful. My husband and I made it few nights back. We didn't have any cream of chicken soup, only cream of mushroom. We also did not have Monterey Jack cheese nor did we use the bread topping (to make it a little healthier). Next time I will use different soup for the sauce (probably use the cream of chicken as listen in the recipe). We have had leftovers for lunch the past 3 days. Great recipe to make an inexpensive meal with great leftovers! Thanks for sharing!

Apple, Brie, and Walnut Salad
I give this a 3 star rating, but possibly because I did not follow the recipe exactly. I used the brie, roasted walnuts and apples, which went wonderfully together and paired it with a store bought balsamie vinaigrette. I think the dressing was awful with this combination. Next time I will use a different dressing and will toss the apples and everything in the dressing before putting them on the salad bed. I loved everything about this recipe but poor choice, in my opinion, on the dressing. My husband did not even finish his dinner- which is not a good sign :(
