Stuffed Sole
this was a fairly good recipe. i followed it exactly but used lime juice instead of lemon because i was out. the stuffing came out with a little too much of it, but i just added it to the sides of the fish in the pan. make sure you chop up your broccoli. next time i will also add more cheese. after it was done baking i sprinkled some garlic powder and paprika on top. defiantly helped out the flavor.

Peanut Butter Brownies I
this was absolutely divine! i followed some other reviewers suggestions instead though. i didnt add the peanuts in substituted with chocolate chips. added 1/3 cup of coco powder and half the amount of flour. also only added 1/4 tsp of baking powder. and it turned out fabulous!!! thanks for the great recipe :)

Flatlander Chili
really good, found it a little to watery though. So in the last 1/2 hour of simmering i added 1 cup of minute white rice, and the it turned into more on a chili. i also didnt add the 1/4 cup of chili powder because i didnt have any. still was very tasty!
