These burgers are extremely filling. I liked them a lot, but would recommend using a little less pepper. I used Muenster cheese on half the burgers and Swiss on the other burgers;I'm still undecided on which I liked better. Also, I added mushrooms to mine as well. I think next time I'll add some green peppers. Thanks for the recipe, we'll definitely make stuffed burgers more often than regular ones!

I took the advice of the other members and substituted applesauce for the oil...this is by far the best zucchini bread recipe I've tried! We have tons of zucchinis in our garden, and they are so big that one zucchini yields enough to make three loaves, which rarely last 4 days! We needed a good zucchini bread recipe because of all the zucchini we have and this works perfectly! We've given 2 loaves to each of our neighbors and I bring a loaf into work everyday. Everyone loves it and, to be honest, I've been claiming that this recipe has been in our family for years...lol now only you guys know the truth!
