Almond-Topped Fish
I used sour cream instead of mayo and used less of it. Onion with parmesan taste did not seem to go well for us. Very strong flavor - would suggest steamed veggies and brown rice.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
It was delicious! I used the recommended 5 cloves of garlic (sliced), a bit more Creole seasoning and right before serving, I used instant 90 second Uncle Ben's white rice (microwaved it first and when ready - added it to the crock pot). I used 2 pouches to soak up some of the sauce. Will definitely make again! Thank you!

Soy Ginger Salmon
Used a little less than 1/4 brown sugar, added 1 tsp of corn starch to thicken the sauce, marinaded it overnight and baked it at 350 degrees for 25 minutes while spooning the marinade over it 3-4 times during baking. Strong flavor so served with rice and steamed veggies. Excellent!
