I like this because it is nutritious and economical. It's good it makes a large quantity because it took some time for me to make. I will be trying this again.

My boyfriend loved this sandwich. It is delicious and will become one of our staples. I think the addition of chopped walnuts introduces a wonderfully crunchy texture to this otherwise creamy sandwich. Next time I will try it with less cream cheese for myself, as the sandwich felt too rich with the amount I put on. I admit I did not accurately measure the cream cheese quantity.

Thanks for the great recipe and accurate instructions. I used fresh chives and fresh dill; it was wonderful. I used 4 T. butter instead of 6 T. for the 4 chicken breasts and it made enough sauce. I am not an expert cook but this recipe made me look skilled. My boyfriend said he felt like he was eating at a four star restaurant! Am definitely going to make this again.
