I am married with a daughter and I have a a child on the way..hopefully a son! ;) I am a Stay-at-home Mom and loving every minute of it. I occupy alot of my time with baking. I like to try new things and share with my friends.

Red Velvet Cake
I am not sure what everyone is complaining about. I made this cake without even reading the reviews. I just did what the recipe called for. ** i did not frosting from this recipe i used a cream cheese butter cream. But either way....the cake was light and fluffy. You must be careful not to over bake.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I will give this 4 stars because it was a great. Since It didnt call for canned cream of anything. But what I did differently was....I chopped up some onion, minced garlic, and mushrooms, added that with the butter...then made my creamy/cheese sauce. Dont be afraid to add SALT! just when you think its enough...add just a pinch more. It wont be so bland as some people thought it was.

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes
they were light and fluffy but were quite bland. i even added sugar and a little vanilla...it was still missing something. ( I always top my pancakes with butter and syrup) this was ok.
