I am married with a daughter and I have a a child on the way..hopefully a son! ;) I am a Stay-at-home Mom and loving every minute of it. I occupy alot of my time with baking. I like to try new things and share with my friends.

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
Great...loved them! It is very time consuming, so I got impatient and just through them all in there...they will clump up in the beginning but after a few mins, just shake em apart....wahhlla!! Very versitile..you can add any seasoning you'd like. I didnt even need ketchup!!

Corn Fritters
Not what I was hoping for. Doesnt have much of a taste. I suggest adding garlic and onion maybe. Something to spruse them up.

Fluffy Biscuits
very easy! I am not the best with breads/biscuits so if I can do it, anybody can. I kneaded the dough pretty well then top with melted butter. They fluffed up great and were flaky! My go to recipe now!
