Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This was so easy and so yummy. I used ginger powder and garlic powder. The end result was wonderful and the sauce so good over the fish. I served with brown rice.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
This was very good but a little salty. I would cut back the dressing to reduce salt content.
