Classic Bran Muffins
These are very good. I, too, used applesauce in place of oil and a bit more buttermilk, as the wheat germ appeared thick. I used 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup splenda. Next time I would use a little bit more splenda, as it could have been a touch sweeter. Overall, delicious!
