Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
Very bland. I should have added browning to give the chicken some color. I ended up using Diana sauce to give it some taste, as well as some green, red, and yellow peppers to give it some visual appeal. Disappointing.

Bev's Mac and Cheese
Was ok...added garlic powder, all purpose and cayenne for an extra kick. Next time I'll use less milk and less flour - it had a soup like consistency. Needless to say, the kids liked it and is the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars.
