Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry
this was excellent! my family loved it! i used probably 1/3 cup of the red curry paste which made it just a little too spicy. we like spicy but this was a little much. i'll stick with 1/4 cup next time.

Thai Barbeque Marinade
this was very easy to prepare and my family liked it. i cooked the chicken but then i added peppers, onions, and zuch and made a stir fry using the marinade. the only thing i would do differently is i would add a little spice to it.
