Italian Sausage Soup
We loved this soup! I added more broth to it, because I love soup broth! The store was out of zucchini so I substituted it with yellow squash, which was okay, but I would have preferred the zucchini. I did top it with a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese and that was the "frosting." Great recipe and extremely inexpensive.

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken
I really liked this and so did my husband. Definitely a winner!

Wilted Lettuce
Our family devoured this. I used white wine vinegar instead of the regular. I used it for the lettuce I picked from my garden (I had a lot!). It tastes very close to spinach salad.
