These were very tasty. I did use a lot of flour when rolling these out so they wouldn't stick to the board/rolling pin. They spread more than I expected, so the men look kind of chubby. I used store-bought vanilla cake frosting to decorate them. I put some in a ziplock bag, cut a small hole in the corner, and squeezed the frosting onto the cookies.

Make sure you cut these into tiny squares. They are VERY sweet (and delicious). I leave out the nuts because I don't like them in cookies.
