Due to all rave reviews I tried this today. I will not be making it again. I bought the picnic cut and there is so much waste to it that there is hardly anything left after you get out the bone, the thick skin and the fat. And way too much fat--meat was very greasy. I have done leaner cuts and even boneless hams in the crockpot with a simple glaze that were way better than this
