This was a very simple recipe, but had a TON of flavor! My family all liked it, even two teenagers :) I did brush on some olive oil after adding all ingredients, as someone else suggested. Also, I covered it with foil until the last ten minutes. It came out very juicy doing it this way. I will surely make this one again. Perfect for busy weeknights! Yum

LOVED this recipe!! Took it to a graduation party (1st time I ever made it) and everyone was asking for the recipe. I think I'll try adding avocado next time. This recipe makes a HUGE amount. I would cut in half if using as a dip (the whole amount makes a large "salad" :) It is very pretty with all the colors. Lots of chopping involved, although not a difficult recipe, just time consuming!

LOVE this recipe!! It is soooo easy to prepare. The seasonings are right on. Husband & kids gave a huge "stamp of approval" on this one. I did add a little chili powder & tossed 4 or 5 whole garlic pieces in the chicken broth. I saw someone added a little fresh cilantro.. that sounds good?! I will try that next time :).
