Chicken Pot Pie IX
EXCELLENT! Followed some reviews, doubled the soup (it's a LOT of butter, but totally worth the creamy flavor), and cooked the chicken in chicken stock. I used chicken thigh, added green beans, corn and potatoes. Used the stock after boiling all the chicken and veges for the soup! mmmmmmm, lots of flavors! Made 6 bowls of pot pie, 2 cups each. AMAZING!!! Thanks for the recipe!!!
