Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes
This is my favorite recipe for oven potatoes. I cannot count the number of times that I have made this, sometimes with cheese, sometimes without, doesn't matter, delicious either way!!

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Short Ribs
I thought this turned out just so-so. Will try this next time using bone-in ribs.
