This pie is so easy to make and is delicious. My picky 15 year old loved the pie served with vanilla ice-cream. I also sprinkled a little vanilla sugar on the top of the crust after I glazed it with egg white prior to baking. Wonderful recipe....I am going to see if you submitted a berry cobbler recipe!
