Quick Brownbag Burritos
Easy and delicious! I added a small can of corn and used hot Margaritas salsa - I think next time I might use mild or medium, because with the cumin & chili powder as well it was a bit TOO spicy for me.

Baked Pesto Chicken
SO EASY, which is a MUST for me. My husband loved it too, and he needs a lot of flavor. I used Classico Traditional Pesto and served it on bulky rolls. Deelish!
