I am a 29-year old (almost 30! Ugh!!!) woman in Peoria, Illinois and live with my girlfriend and our two cats. I am planning to go to school to get an Associates in Culinary Arts Management and really enjoy cooking. As time goes on, I'm trying to become more creative and confident in my skills. I love to make meatballs (either to have with a pasta dish or as Swedish Meatballs), different marinades for different meats, potato dishes, and different salads and things.
