Asian Fire Meat

This has became a favourite in my home! I use a higher quality meat (flank steak)and subsitute scallions and red bell pepper for the leeks and carrots. I recommend serving over rice noodles.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

I have made these cookies twice. My first batch didnt turn out so well. I was in a hurry and didn't let the dough chill long enough so it was very difficult to work with. The dough needs at least an hour in the freezer. Use parchment paper and latex gloves.
