Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
I have made these cookies twice. My first batch didnt turn out so well. I was in a hurry and didn't let the dough chill long enough so it was very difficult to work with. The dough needs at least an hour in the freezer. Use parchment paper and latex gloves.
