Apple Crunch Pie II
Im not a huge apple pie fan but this is better than a tradional double crust pie! I used cortland apples... I also took a suggestion from someone else and melted about 20 caramels with about 2 tablespoons of half and half and drizzled it over top. Served with vanilla bean ice cream. Yum yum yum!

Blueberry Streusel Muffins
I thought these were great!!! I did add some lemon zest and used 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/4 cup of brown sugar, instead of the whole 3/4 cup of white sugar. yum yum! I will make these again!

Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sauce
This sauce is SO good! A keeper for sure! I did add a bit more cayenne, I like things spicy. Would highly suggest this!
