I love cooking and all about the restaurant industry. I have a BA in Hotel Restaurant and I graduated at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I was born in the Philippines and moved here about 5 years ago to attend the CCA.

My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom has been a major influence in my cooking... She makes the best Cebuano Filipino food. You name it! I like how she makes it simple but very tasty.

When I cook I don't measure anything. I just taste till I think its perfect =)
