Megan's Granola
I get lots of recipes off this site but have never sent a review. This one deserves it. Loved the recipe and loved all the comments about substitutions and cautions about over-cooking. It definitely crisps up after baking! Another tip is to just stir in your fruit each time you serve - if you do that the granola will stay crisper when you keep it in your airtight container for storing.
