I did make a few changes. I did add a can of crab meat, and right before putting them in the oven I sprinkled parmessan cheese on the tops.

12-Hour Salad

I made this recipe for a family reunion and it was excellent. I did make a few changes. 1. No celery. 2. Red bell peppers instead of green. 3. Green onions instead of red. 4. I added water chestnuts. Other than those few changes the recipe is great. I'm going to make it again and add chicken to it for a lunch at work.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Like others I did make adjustments to peanut butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar. Very easy and tasty. Definitely a keeper.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This recipe is outstanding. I used Mangos, pears, blueberries, nectarines, and kiwis. I used apricot preserves and used lemon and lime juice. Very tasty.

Cabbage Rolls II

This recipe is faboulus. I however did double the sauce and added a bit more brown sugar and added about 1/2 cup of water. I also cooked my ground beef before, added the rice, milk, and egg. Then stuffed the leaves. Then I placed them in the crockpot and cooked them on high for about 4 hours. Excellent. !!!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Excellent. I used strawberry jam, and apricot/pineapple jam instead of Rapberry I also did not use the glaze, but i dusted them with powdered sugar. They turned out really good and pretty.

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce

This recipe is great. However i like my sauce a bit sweeter. So i add 1 cup of brown sugar. That makes it taste perfect. Excellent on chicken and steaks. Lasts several days in the refrigerator.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This recipe is excellent. I used balsamic vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar. At the end i took the roast out and added some corn starch to the sauce to thicken it, very good.
