Spaghetti Squash I
This was delicious! I followed the recipe as is - no substitutions needed. I ate the leftovers cold for lunch the next day - it's better warm, but cold wasn't bad. I will definitely make this again and again!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Hubbie and I enjoyed the flavor of these veggie burgers, but not the consistency. They didn't fall apart (thanks to the tips of other reviewers!), but they were mushy. I couldn't quite tell when I had actually bitten into it. Any tips on how to achieve a better consistency?

Tasty Buns
These buns are great! Very versatile too. I have made them twice, and I am giving the recipe 4 stars because they come out relatively flat. I followed the instructions exactly, so I am not sure what to make of it.
