very good!! these are a dense roll so if you are looking for light and fluffy keep looking. But I like the more dense breads and I really enjoyed this one.

I thought these grits were excellent. I've made them twice. The first time I used american processed cheese and the second time I went spicy with pepper jack. Both time were good.

I thought these came out very good. I followed the recipe to the letter. I saw several complaints that the batter was too sticky and hard to manage. I used a 1 tablespoon cookie drop which I sprayed with nonstick cooking spray to drop the cookies. If you don't have a cookie drop, now is the time to buy one. I also used parchment paper. I didn't flatten the dropped cookies as they spread just enough while baking. You can experiment with the icing. Good recipe.
