I live in the most beautiful place on Earth, southern Louisiana. I spend ALOT of time out in the swamp taking photos. I LOVE to cook for people who appriciate it. I like to go in the kitchen and just make it up as I go. I get a basic idea and just go with it. Christmas Eve, we always had Oyster Soup and for those of us that don't like oysters we also had Chili. Most people thought it was weird that we had oysters and chili. What a combonation!
