Blonde Brownies I
i didnt have chocolate chips so i substituted a chopped up toblerone bar. it came out delicious nonetheless. next time i will use less walnuts (came out a little too crunchy for my liking) but other than that a very simple and easy recipe that i delicious! i will definitely be using it again, i think this recipe would also make great cookies.

Basil Vinaigrette Dressing
i had a basil plant and needed ideas to use it. did a quick search an this easy and simple recipe came up. it is DELICIOUS! i have made it about 3 times in the past few weeks and even used it as a dressing for a pasta salad which was very well received. very fresh, light, and basil-y. i did adjust the vinegar and the honey and oil to my own personal preference though. play around with it until you like the taste, it is delicious!

Lemon PHILLY Cupcakes
i followed the recipe exactly, and i think they were only okay. they were very easy to make, but the frosting wasn't as sweet and stiff as i have had other better cream cheese frostings. the cake part also came out very dense. they tasted pretty good, but only the day they were made. i don't think they keep too well so eat them quickly! pretty much it was an easy and fairly okay tasting recipe to make with a 7 year old to pass the time!
