Fruity Rainbow Salad
I would suggest skipping the honey and serving right away. This can be a costly dish when you add all the fruit up at the check-out counter, but if its all fresh from your garden then it truly is a good dish with good presentation.

Easy Olive Oil, Tomato, and Basil Pasta
I had to find recipes that were vegan friendly for some friends that were coming over for dinner. Used this recipe for three occasions now and its always a fresh summer (cheap)hit.
