Spinach and Feta Pita Bake
Great quick lunch or dinner, depending on the toppings. I like to add extra toppings just to change it up once in a while. Always good and crispy.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
We loved this soup and it was so easy! I also added 1/3 c. carrots and I used a potato masher to slightly mash the soup, it gave it a very nice texture! In my house this didn't feed 8 next time I'll double it.
