Perfect Berry Shortcakes
Easy to make! Spreading the VERY COLD = STIFF (pieces that spread easy and easily) butter flakes is the secret. I hand-tossed every tablespoon. What a lovely recipe. I used a glass as cookie cutter; didn't want a mess today. Served hubby a hot one with butter / honey and HE told me to save the recipe! During dinner he said he wants to get mexican table cream to pour on for breakfast. These are shortcakes but are very scone ......ish! YUM!

RO's Spaghetti and Meatballs
My first thought was "hmmmmmmm...graham crackers...." ---- but the meatballs were good! Both boys (7,9) loved them. Smooth taste. I added chopped onions and cracked pepper. *** WALNUT size, stay consistent with the size **** Next time I will PRE-roll the meatballs so I can cook evenly. I didn't make the sauce, so I am only rating the meatballs.(I use Paul Newman sockarooni)

Banana Pudding IV
Truly, you know it's going to delish when it starts with condensed milk and cream cheese. OOps! I layered the wafers on bottom before the bananas (pudding not able to soak into wafers) --- so I turned the banana pudding upside down into a larger dish and IT STAYED TOGETHER! -- I was able to remove the cookies and push them into the pudding longways. I am providing a photo (taken with phone) -- but you can see the extra glass and that the pudding didn't move. It is gorgeous and delicious.
