Baked Brie with Caramelized Pears, Shallots and Thyme

This was so good and very easy to prepare. My BF fixed it as an appetizer for a dinner party! It was a hit with everyone.

Key Lime Pie VII

This was very good as others had stated - I used 1c. fresh key lime juice. I also used 1 reg. / 1 fat free can condensed milk. turned out great and saved some calories.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Very good just as others have stated. I used 4 yolks & 1c. fresh key lime juice. I also used 1 can reg. condensed mile and 1 can fat free. Turned out perfect and saved a few calories.
