Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Initially, I was under the misconception that canola oil could sub for melted butter, then I thought about it for a minute & tried to drain the oil out before the sugar absorbed it all, I only got 1/4 of a cup out, but these cookies were still the best! (they were just a bit more flat than they should have been) but everyone loved them! I made them yesterday & more than half are already gone, lol. About 1 1/2 tbsps of dough spreads to make a 4 inch cookie!
