Vanilla Pistachio Fig Tart
This was a disapointment. I ended up with sort of a sweet fig pizza. The crust was much too dry. A 40 minute bake time would have charred it. I probably won't make it again, but if I did, it would be improved with a layer of custard between the 'crust-tart' and the frut.
