ground provisions, pasta, rice, creole sauce.. fish..meat about anything my hands gets hold of
My favorite family cooking traditions
green fig and saltfish,,, more or less creole foods.. lots of different spices added to give good taste..lol chicken or fish in a creole sauce .. with a bit of rice, vegetables added lentils on a side and any poultry selected for the day
My cooking triumphs
well i cooked as a independent cook at family for weddings has been self taught do all layouts on the plates alone and the guess loves it.. am a natural.. cooking just in the blood lol
My cooking tragedies
as long as you have garlic .. onions and fresh seasons.. example celery, pasley, mint fresh herbs stallions...few carrots or fresh tomatoes, ext... add a bit of butter,or oil... can smell your stir at a distance and love in the preparation you thought about the individual who is tasting the meal.. then all will end well.. someone might come up for seconds
