Hot German Potato Salad III
not huge into german cooking so i gave it a try...i think that the amount of vinegar is excessive it takes away and from and over powers the dish. other than that it wasn't bad but not great.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
I took the liberty to double the sauce much better for keeping them moist and tender... also used half of a fresh lemon instead and it left a nice subtle hint after each bite. will definitly make again.

Fresh Tomato Salad
I enjoyed the recipe but the second time around I added an orange bell pepper and thyme and sage with red wine vinegar..just right
