Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella Sandwich
This was a wonderful sandwich,I wanted to try somethin different, so I cut the tomatos,mozzarella in cubes and add green olives.Chopp basil and put over the tomatos, mozzarella,olives sprinkle Italian seasoning,balsmanic vinegar,(good olive oil)to taste...I served it as a side dish. let it sit in the refrid. for a few hours. Enjoy (I hope)

Coconut Shrimp I
I will never order coconut shrimp out again..I made the batter & let it sit overnight in the frigerator,I don't have a fryer so i used a frying pan. 2 1/2- 3 min.each side and they were perrrrrfect.I will be making this again,again,and again......Still looking for a good dip

Lobster Tails Steamed in Beer
ymmmy,yummy,yummy.... is all I can say. I used Miller chill beer with a hint of lime,minced garlic severed with melted butter.my family loved it.
