Chicken Pesto Pizza
Instead of chicken, I used some leftover shrimp. So good, and so easy! We buy pizza dough from our local pizzeria--it's inexpensive and freezes well.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Not that this recipe needs another 5-star review, but wanted to add my thanks for this delicious and easy recipe. We love it. I've cut back on the volume of butter and it's still fantastic.

Potatoes Au Gratin with Fennel and Bacon
I didn't know what fennel was, but it came in a CSA basket and this recipe was a choice my entire family enjoyed. Left out the bacon because I didn't have any, but can imagine that would make it very hearty.
