these were different but in a good way. i couldn't seem to cook them fast enough. my husband kept eating them as i pulled them out of the oven. i would make them again. next time, maybe when hes out of town.

my husband and i are huge mac and cheese fans. we loved the cheese mixture. but we did not like the bread crumbs. i covered the dish with the bread crumbs and still had more left over. so i dumbed all of them on top.. bad idea. i should of used 1/2 or even a 1/4 cup. i tried to brush most of them off after baking with no luck.. maybe next time, i will top it with more cheese??
