Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
i made 2 batches; 1 as it's been written - cream chheese mixture on top of the batter, and sprinkle the streusel topping. 2 as somebody commented - batter, cream cheese mixture, BATTER again before the streusel topping, and me & my bf definitely loved the latter. I didn't put the cream cheese in the middle but tried to cover it up with maybe 1 tbs batter. I also think, this muffins would be good without the cream cheese mixture. It just gives the variety from others who's been eating pumpkin streusel muffins, alwlays. I liked the fact this recipe called for olive oil. This was my first time to bake muffins with olive oil and i think it came out LIGHTER (not dense) i like!

Cranberry Orange Bread
well, it didnt turn out as i expected...the texture & taste wasn't just right. I didn't omit anything from the recipe and i dont' know what happened...I will finish eating it cuz i love cranberries, oranges & walnuts (very healthy!), but i don't think i'll make it again. My bf definitely didn't like it...

Apple Pumpkin Muffins
It was tasty! Since i knew i would sprinkle the sweet crumbles which the recipe says, i used 3/4 sugar of which is required in the recipe, to make muffins. Everytime when i bake something with apples, i always wonder what kind of apples people use...i used Gala cuz it was on sale ;-) If i didn't sprinkle the crumbles, i would've followed the recipe. I'm sure i'll make this muffins again!
