Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes
These were really delicious! I steamed red potatoes while I melted everything else together in the oven. Then I tossed it together and baked - uncovered - for 30 minutes, re-stirring every 10 minutes. The horseradish really mellows out when it's cooked, so I added a bit more during the last 10 minutes for a little extra zip.

Sweet and Sour Pork III
I only went so far with this recipe as marinating and frying the pork, but it was wonderful! Way better than a restaurant. The pork was flavorful and crispy without all the unnecessary breading that you get at so many Chinese places. Yum!

Soft Pretzels
Just ok. Mine came out chewy and pretty good on the inside, but the outside was all wrong. Not shiny or chewy or anything like what I've come to expect in a pretzel.
