Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Family loved this, even the picky 8 year old! I did have to decrease the "Rooster sauce" and I added some corn starch dissolved in water after 10-12 minutes of cooking and it thickened the sauce right up very quickly and did not alter the taste. I just had to stir it constantly after adding to prevent burning or clumping. I'll make this again!

Golden Sweet Cornbread
I'm raging this a 4 as it's just so easy to make. I did find it to be a bit dry as well, but I add 2 eggs & less sugar and it comes out perfect.

Baked Potato Skins
Yumm! My husband, kids and I loved this! It came out very good, but I did use less oil than called for at the advice of others. They were just like in the restaurant, but a lot cheaper! I will definitely be making these again!
