Rosemary Marlin with Roasted Corn and Tomato Relish
I followed this recipe exactly, and the corn/tomato mixture turned out EXCELLENT. I ended up mixing it into my rice pilaf side dish.....YUM....I'm making it again tonight. I wasn't thrilled with the marlin, but it was my first time eating Blue Marlin so maybe I'm just not a big fan. I look forward to trying this recipe with Halibut. The corn tomato dish is really excellent, definitely try it- you will be pleasantly surprised!

E-Z Marinated Swordfish
Maybe I just don't like swordfish, but this marinade didn't do a thing. I followed the recipe and used 1/4 lb piece of swordfish bought fresh from a fish store in NYC. I let it marinade for about 50 minutes. For some reason, it just tasted very bland at the end.

Italian Sausage Soup
Surprisingly delicious! I'm giving it 4 stars because I prefer to use spicy Italian sausage...which makes it a 5-star recipe. Super easy, SUPER DELICIOUS! I ate about 4 bowls immediately after making it.
