The Twenty Dollar Burger
Amazing! Divided ingredients between a pound of beef and a pound of turkey. Both were incredible. Family absolutely loves it. Definite keeper. Doesn't even really need condiments or cheese. I just used arugala, avocado, and tomatoes on whole wheat buns.

World's Best Lasagna
Incredibly flavorful! Time consuming, as others have said, but well worth it. Huge hit with the family. I doubled the recipe to begin with and one pan was gone in a day. I made a few substitutions: ground turkey and sweet italian turkey sausage for the ground beef and regular italian sausage; chopped spinach instead of parsley; whole wheat noodles instead of duram; part skim ricotta and all cheeses made with 2% milk. Healthier and lower in fat and calories, but still with all of the taste. I think this will be my lasagna recipe from now on. Thank you!
