Hungarian Mushroom Soup
I do believe this is our favorite soup ever (excepting the handed-down family recipe for Tomato Soup)! It is rich in flavor, yet takes under an hour to make. I follow the recipe with minimal changes (use only 1 tsp dill, add 1 tsp minced garlic, and use half and half in place of the milk). This recipe is the closest we've ever found to our all-time favorite Hungarian Mushroom soup at the Moose's Tooth Restaurant in Anchorage, Alaska. Thanks, HAMM, for a fantastic addition to our soup collection.
