Zucchini Bread IV

I baked this bread yesterday, followed the directions exactly, except for the nuts. It was delicious. I baked on a mini bundt pan for 6. I had enough batter for 12. This morning we ate the last 2 and they were super moist. This is your ultimate zucchini bread.
